Question by Sam: Nigeria deals in real estate (NY) are scam?
I heard that selling online and shipping to Nigeria is a most likely scam. But I see now many of apartment owners live in Nigeria post great deals in Manhattan. These are also new scam in real estate? Then, how does it work?

Nigerian scams have been around for at least 30 yrs. I don?t know how this one might work but remember the adage..
If it seems too good to be true, it is.
