How do you find a good realtor? - Zillow Real Estate Advice

Drive the area you are looking in, who has the most signs? Who has an office in the community you are looking in. Try to narrow the field down by what I mentioned above, then talk with a couple of the realtors that stand out.

I live in a small community of 1,200 family's. There is only one realtor located in the small down town, and I work there. I know what the taxes are, I know the recent sales, and I know the current listings. So what I am saying is look for a realtor that knows the local market.
